The first product you need to install is the Symantec System Center (SSC). From the SSC Console you can administer NAVCE on all servers and clients. SSC may be installed on any computer running a version of Windows NT4 or Windows 2000 which you use to perform administrator functions in your area. It can be installed on the same server which will run the NAVCE software, but it is not necessary to have SSC on the same computer. Begin by installing it on your desk PC.
