  1. Right click your Server Group and choose All Tasks - Norton AntiVirus - Quarantine Options

  2. Tick Enable Quarantine or Scan and Deliver.
  3. Enter your Quarantine Server Name (which you had previously installed).
  4. Set Port to 3655.
  5. Set Retry to 5.
  6. In the second section, When new virus definitions arrives, set option to Do Nothing.
  7. This last options affects both clients and servers. Quarantine works on the following principle. Whenever new definition files arrive at either a server or client, all quarantined files are rescanned. If the definition files contain instructions on how to repair a new virus, and the repair succeeds, one the actions specified here will be carried out. Restoring a repaired file may overwrite an existing updated file. Other options may be selected based on the needs of your clients.
  8. When a file is quarantined, the file is moved to the Quarantine folder (typically a subdirectory the NAV installation) of the workstation or server where the infection was discovered. The file is renamed to a sequence of characters without an extension. A copy is sent to the Quarantine Server.
  9. Cick OK to return the main SSC Console
