You will notice that your Server Group is now locked. Server Groups are automatically locked whenever you exit the SSC. Unlock the group using your new password.
There may appear a yellow triangle with exclamation mark on the Server Group folder and Sever icons. This indicates a status condition which must be corrected or updated.
Most configuration operations are performed by right clicking on a Server Group name or Server name and selecting All Tasks from the menu. Operations performed on the Server Group will apply to all Server members of that group. Operations performed on individual Servers will apply only to that server. In the following sections you should pay careful attention to instructions to ensure you select either the Server Group or Server when instructed.
